Select an appropriately-sized formalin container in which the specimen to formalin ratio is approximately 10:1.

Specimen Collection / Processing Instructions

Place punch, shave or excisional skin biopsy in 10% neutral buffered formalin.

Required Information

Complete the Incyte Diagnostics requisition with the patient's demographics and relevant clinical history. Label specimen container with the patient's full first and last name, second unique identifier, and specimen source/site.
