General Information |
Identify fungal pathogens from clinical specimen. Lab should be notified of suspected Risk Group 3 organisms. Specimen should be handled with extra safety precautions. |

Unacceptable specimen transport device (including Incyte Swab, specimen in formalin, expired), improper labeling, prolonged delay in transport (greater than 1 week) |
